RS 33:2567 - Penalties Whoever wilfully violates any provision of this Part or of the rules thereby authorized shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars and shall, for a period of six years, be ineligible for appointment to or employment in any position of the classified service. If the offender is an officer or employee of the classified service, he shall forfeit his office or position. Acts 1964, No. 282, §1.
