RS 33:2585.2 - Nominations by petition; conduct of election; secret ballot Nomination as a candidate for the office of employee member of the commission shall be by petition of at least ten employees in the municipal or parochial service. Such petition shall be filed with the administrative head of the municipal or parochial civil service not later than seven days after the call for the election. The administrative head shall be responsible for conducting and supervising the election, which shall be by secret ballot. Added by Acts 1980, No. 563, §1.
