RS 33:2740.29 - Abbeville; downtown development district The Community and Historic Preservation District of the city of Abbeville as created and provided for by city ordinance 93-20, adopted December 7, 1993, and any amendment thereto, shall be deemed to be and shall be recognized as a downtown development district.
