RS 33:2740.65 - Franklin; downtown development district The Franklin Downtown Development District of the city of Franklin, as created and provided for by city ordinance 3099, adopted May 17, 2005, and any amendment thereto, shall be deemed to be and shall be recognized as a downtown development district.
