RS 33:2804 - School and special taxes excepted Taxes authorized in R.S. 33:2803 shall be exclusive of and in addition to taxes for public school purposes under the Louisiana Constitution of 1921, and other taxes levied in pursuance of special elections held by authority of law relating to the levy of special taxes.
