RS 33:2927 - Ordinance providing for payment to remain in force until debt is paid The ordinance or enactment providing for the payment of the principal and interest of any debt created by the governing authority of a municipal corporation shall remain in full force until the debt and interest is paid, subject to the time limit provided in R.S. 33:2922.
