RS 33:3002 - Legal Aid Societies All cities and parishes within the state of Louisiana, of 100,000 population, or more, are hereby authorized to appropriate funds for the establishment and operation of Legal Aid Societies to help the indigent and those in necessitous circumstances within their jurisdictions.
