RS 33:3428 - Proceedings against railroad or street railway The municipality may proceed by ordering suit against any railroad company or street railway company for its proportionate share of the cost of the improvement and may recover a personal judgment against the railroad company or street railway company. Any of the property of the railroad company or street railway company shall be subject to seizure and sale for any judgment so obtained.
