RS 33:3493 - Specifications for improved lighting If the improvements consist of street lighting, the specification shall provide for the design of the fixture, the detailed location for the placing of poles or lamps, the method and character of insulation to be used, the kind and character of lamps, and the candle power and wattage of the lamps.
