RS 33:3499 - Prescription of actions attacking improvement proceedings All actions to enjoin or prevent any local improvement provided for in this Sub-part must be instituted in the court of competent jurisdiction prior to the signing of the contract. After the signing of the contract all actions shall be prescribed. These limitations shall not apply to actions instituted by the municipality.
