RS 33:3500 - Governing authority to designate other officers to perform functions of commissioner of public finance and commissioner of public property The governing authority may designate, by ordinance, any municipal officer to perform the duties required in this Sub-part of the commissioner of public property and the commissioner of public finance when there is no corresponding officer in the municipality.
