RS 33:3658 - Objections to proceedings For a period of thirty days from the date of the promulgation of the ordinance creating the illuminating district as hereinabove described, any person in interest may contest its legality, after which time no one shall have any cause or right of action to contest the legality, formality or regularity of the proceedings for any cause whatsoever and the authority to act and the regularity of all proceedings shall be conclusively presumed.
