RS 33:3689.19 - Construction of Sections 3681 through 3689.18 Sections 3681 through 3689.18 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes shall be construed to provide a method by which parishes may construct street improvements and levy special assessments to cover the cost thereof, which method shall be in addition to all other methods of making street improvements and levying special assessments to finance the cost thereof now or heretofore authorized by this Legislature.
