RS 33:3690.11 - Contesting validity; prescription No contest, action or proceeding to question the validity or legality of any resolution, ordinance, notice or other proceeding adopted or published in accordance with the foregoing shall be begun in any court by any person for any cause whatsoever after the expiration of thirty days from the date when the resolution, ordinance, notice or proceeding was adopted or published and thereafter the legality and validity of such resolution, ordinance, notice or proceeding shall be conclusively presumed and no court shall thereafter have authority to inquire into such matters.
