RS 33:3690.4 - Written objection by more than fifty percent of abutting real estate owners The Jefferson Parish Council shall not order the construction of said improvements in the event there is filed at the public hearing written objection to the proposed improvements signed by more than fifty percent of the abutting real estate owners owning more than fifty percent of the lineal frontage of real estate abutting on the road or street to be improved, the ownership to be determined as set forth in R.S. 33:3690.2(5).
