RS 33:3690.5 - Resolution of authorization The Jefferson Parish Council, after having given due notice of intention in the manner provided in this Subpart and after having disposed of all objections to the contemplated improvements, in the event that not more than fifty percent of the abutting real estate owners in number and in lineal frontage abutting the improvements shall have objected to the improvements, may adopt a resolution authorizing the Department of Public Works of Jefferson Parish to blacktop the road or street in question or install culverts thereon.
