RS 33:3815.4 - Waterworks District Number Three of Beauregard Parish; authorization to sell certain waterlines Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, specifically the provisions of R.S. 33:4341, the board of commissioners for Waterworks District Number Three of Beauregard Parish is authorized to sell and transfer, without voter approval, certain designated waterlines owned by the district for such price and pursuant to such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between both parties.
