RS 33:3889 - Provision in budget for maintenance and repair Whenever there have been laid, installed, or constructed in any sewerage district any sewers or sewerage disposal works, the board of supervisors shall provide an annual budget of the amount required for the maintenance and repair of the sewers and sewerage disposal works.
