RS 33:3959 - Objections to proceedings For a period of thirty days from the date of the promulgation of the ordinance creating the sewerage district as hereinabove described, any person in interest may contest the legality of the proceedings after which time no one shall have any cause or right of action to contest the legality, formality, or regularity of the proceedings for any cause. If the validity of any of the proceedings provided for herein shall not be contested within the thirty days herein prescribed, the authority to act and the regularity of all proceedings shall be conclusively presumed, and no court shall have jurisdiction to inquire into such matters.
