RS 33:3964 - Districts previously created not affected; construction This Sub-part shall not affect any sewerage districts heretofore created, but said sewerage districts shall continue to operate under the provisions of the statutes under which such districts were created and this Sub-part shall be construed as an additional means whereby sewerage districts or sub-districts may be created, enlarged or consolidated, and may accomplish the objects and purposes herein provided for.
