RS 33:4068 - Pretreatment regulations; penalties Notwithstanding any provision of law or home rule charter to the contrary, any municipal or parish governing authority or sewerage district operating a pretreatment program for industrial waste, as required by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, may assess a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars for each offense for any violation of pretreatment rules and regulations duly established by such entity.
