RS 33:4079 - Conformity to plans for drainage system The board shall plan, adjust, and arrange the public sewerage, public water systems, and related facilities so as to make them conform to existing approved plans for the drainage system. This Section shall not affect the apportionment provided for in R.S. 33:4088. Acts 2005, No. 290, §1, eff. June 29, 2005.
