RS 33:4083 - Receipt and disbursement of funds All funds received by the board from water rates, and from the city by appropriation from its treasury, shall be deposited to the credit of the board as collected, with fiscal agent of the city, and shall not be paid out except upon duly adopted resolution of appropriation, promulgated in the official journal, and the board shall determine by rule which of its officers shall be authorized to draw and sign checks for withdrawal of the moneys of the board.
