RS 33:4105 - New Orleans; effectiveness The provisions of R.S. 33:4097 to R.S.33:4104, inclusive, are self-operative, and the city of New Orleans and the several boards and bodies therein referred to, shall have full power to carry them into effect. No proceedings or approvals not required by the provisions of said Sections shall be necessary to the validity of any bonds issued thereunder. Any provision of any law in conflict with the provisions of said Sections is hereby repealed. Added by Acts 1976, No. 167, §1. Acts 1985, No. 731, §1, eff. July 16, 1985.
