RS 33:4133 - New Orleans; provisions self-operative The provisions of R.S. 33:4125 to R.S. 33:4132, inclusive, are self-operative, and the city of New Orleans and the several boards and bodies therein referred to, shall have full power to carry them into effect. Added by Acts 1976, No. 167, §1.
