RS 33:4156 - New Orleans; validity of bonds; repealer; severability The city of New Orleans is further relieved of its obligation to make annual appropriations for the purpose of maintaining and operating the drainage system of the city of New Orleans and shall not be required to provide funds for maintaining and operating said drainage system.
