RS 33:4157 - New Orleans; defeasance of bonds The provisions of Chapter 14 of Title 39 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 shall be applicable to all bonds heretofore or hereafter issued pursuant to the provisions of Part III, Chapter 9 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
