RS 33:4160.29 - Form and registration of certificates The said drainage certificates shall be signed by the regular or facsimile signatures of the mayor and council clerk on behalf of and in the name of the city and under the seal thereof. The seal of the city may be impressed or printed on the certificates. Acts 1992, No. 472, §1.
