RS 33:4171 - Financing agreements Any municipality entering into an agreement pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 33:4170 may appropriate such sums as are necessary to fulfill its obligations under the terms of such agreement, and may incur debt and issue bonds for the purpose of providing the municipality's share of the cost of the construction and operation of joint generation and transmission facilities authorized under the provisions of R.S. 33:4170.
