RS 33:4226 - Contesting election For a period of sixty days from the promulgation of the result of the election, any person in interest may contest the legality of the election, the bond issue provided for, or the security to be given; after which time no one shall have any right or cause of action to contest the regularity, formality or legality of the election, bond issue, or the security given for the same, for any cause whatever; the legality shall be conclusively presumed, and no court shall have the authority to inquire into such matters.
