RS 33:4228 - Combination of two or more utilities Any municipal corporation or district taking advantage of the provisions of this Sub-part may construct, acquire, extend, or improve two or more utilities (whether related or used in conjunction) and issue bonds as provided for herein secured exclusively, principal and interest, by mortgage on the lands, buildings, machinery and equipment and by pledge of the income revenues of the utilities.
