RS 33:423.1 - Town of Mandeville; law enforcement jurisdiction Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, the governing authority of the town of Mandeville shall have and exercise concurrent law enforcement jurisdiction over the roadway and shoulders of that portion of U.S. 190 commencing at the point where Wilkinson Street intersects said highway and extending eastward to the Bayou Castine Bridge.
