RS 33:4257 - Property of two or more utilities may be pledged The governing body of the municipality may authorize bonds under this Sub-part payable from the revenues to be derived from two or more utilities owned and operated by the municipal corporation (whether or not such utilities are related or used in conjunction) for the purpose of constructing, acquiring, extending or improving any one or more of the utilities.
