RS 33:4320 - Abolition of commission; election A utilities commission, once created under authority of this Sub-part, shall remain in existence until abolished by a majority vote of the qualified electors in the municipality at an election called by the municipal governing authority upon petition of twenty-five percent of the qualified electors of the municipality.
