RS 33:4339 - Contesting legality of bond issue For a period of thirty days from the date of the final publication of the ordinance or resolution of the municipality authorizing the issuance of bonds under the provisions of this Part, any taxpayer paying ad valorem taxes to the municipality, or any other interested person, may contest the legality of the bond issue, or the security to be given, after which time no one shall have any right or cause of action to contest the regularity, formality or legality of the bond issue, or the security given, for any cause whatever, and no court shall have jurisdiction of the contest.
