RS 33:4367 - Apportionment among parishes of proceeds from sale of franchise Whenever a franchise to operate a railway on a public road extending through two or more parishes, has been sold, the proceeds from the sale shall be apportioned among the several parishes according to the mileage of the railway in each of the parishes.
