RS 33:447 - Village of Forest; Mayor's Court A. There is hereby created the Mayor's Court for the Village of Forest in West Carroll Parish. B. The Mayor's Court for the Village of Forest shall be subject to and governed by the provisions of R.S. 33:441 and 442 and all other general provisions of law which are applicable to mayor's courts.
