RS 33:4545.12 - Construction contracts The Authority may contract for the planning, acquisition, construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance, repair, extension, and improvement of a project or may contract with one or more municipalities to perform these functions. All contracts let by the Authority and/or municipality for the performance of these functions under the authority of this Section shall be subject to the laws relating to public contracts, contained in R.S. 38:2211-2225, except as otherwise provided in this Chapter.
