RS 33:4545.25 - Properties of political subdivisions and the state The Authority shall have the power to enter upon, use, occupy, and dig up any street, road or highway or public lands necessary to be entered upon, used or occupied in connection with the acquisition, construction or improvement, maintenance or operation of a project to the same extent as all other public utilities under the law of the state of Louisiana, provided that such activity by the Authority shall not interfere with the use and occupancy of such lands by any public utility.
