RS 33:4545.28 - Officials not liable No officer or director of the Authority, or officer or member of the governing authority of any governmental unit contracting with the Authority, or person or persons acting in their behalf, while acting within the scope of their authority shall be subject to any personal liability by reason of his carrying out of any of the powers granted of this Chapter.
