RS 33:4545.37 - Laws governing contracts All contracts let for purposes of this Chapter shall be subject to the public contract laws contained in R.S. 38:2211-2225, except contracts entered into between the Authority and a participating municipality, contracts between municipalities, and contracts between the Authority and investor-owned electric power companies and electric power cooperative associations or corporations for the purchase of an interest in a facility or facilities existing or under construction.
