RS 33:4548.13 - Cooperation of state agencies All state officers and agencies are authorized to render such services to the authority within their respective functions as may be requested by the authority. In addition, the authority is authorized to enter into such contracts, cooperative endeavor agreements, or other agreements with the Department of Environmental Quality with respect to the Clean Water State Revolving Fund or any other state agency regarding other revolving loan funds as the parties may desire in order to implement the provisions of this Chapter and Chapter 14 of Subtitle II of Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
