RS 33:4548.15 - Additional powers In addition to the powers specified in R.S. 33:4548.5, the authority shall have the power to assist in the financing of any public works project to be constructed by a participating political subdivision and the purchase of any major equipment by a participating political subdivision, provided that any such project or purchase shall be in accordance with state public bid laws.
