RS 33:4695 - Payment by tax collector to holder of note The municipal tax collector shall, upon presentation to him of the notes which have been paid in the manner hereinabove provided, pay to the holder and owner of the notes out of the special trust fund, the face value of the notes plus the accrued interest thereon up to and including the day the payment was made.
