RS 33:4697 - Notes to which Part applies All municipal improvement notes shall contain a provision to the effect that they may be paid in conformity with the provisions of this Part. If the provision is not contained in the notes, unless the provision is expressly waived, it shall be deemed a part of all such notes as fully as if written therein.
