RS 33:4704 - Impairment of debt obligations prohibited Notwithstanding anything contained herein or in any other law to the contrary, nothing in this Chapter shall be construed or applied in such a manner as to impair the obligation, validity, or security of any other bonds or other debt obligations authorized, issued, or incurred by the city of New Orleans, whether prior or subsequent to the effective date of this Chapter.
