RS 33:4705 - Bonds, debt obligations, no charge on income and revenue Notwithstanding anything contained herein or in any other law to the contrary, no bonds or other debt obligations of the special municipal district created by the provisions of this Chapter shall be a charge upon the income and revenues of the city of New Orleans.
