RS 33:4710.1 - Definitions (1) 'Authority' means the Chennault International Airport Authority. (2) 'State Board' means the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education. (3) 'City' means the governing authority of the City of Lake Charles. (4) 'Contract' means the local services agreement and intergovernmental contract. (5) 'Parish' means the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury. (6) 'School Board' means the Calcasieu Parish School Board. (7) 'Commission' means the board of commissioners of the authority. (8) 'Chennault' shall be those portions of land, which are to be transferred by the parish, city, school board, and state board to the authority pursuant to their respective lease agreements, together with all improvements situated thereon.
