RS 33:4743 - Repairing buildings Such municipalities may prohibit material repairs to frame buildings within the fire limits, and reasonably regulate repairs on other than frame buildings therein. 'Material repairs,' as above used, shall mean not only those repairs that increase the fire risk, but also those that appreciably tend to perpetuate it.
