RS 33:4746 - Enforcement of ordinances Such municipalities may punish the infringement of ordinances passed hereunder within the limits prescribed by their respective charters, and in addition thereto, may remove, at the expense of the owner, the buildings, repairs, or additions built or made contrary to the specifications of the ordinances.
